This page explains what data reaches us when you use this website or contact us, and what happens to it.
The data controller is the cattery z Kociego Domu*PL (Wiejska 25, 44-180 Sarnów, Poland). Contact on data matters: zkociegodomu@gmail.com, tel. +48 602 559 972.
When you call or write, we receive your name, phone number or email address and the content of your message. We use them only to reply, to arrange a visit, a kitten reservation and the handover (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and, where the law requires it, to keep accounting records (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). We may also use them to defend against possible claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We keep messages as long as the conversation or cooperation lasts, and afterwards for the period the law requires.
This website does not set cookies and has no analytics, advertising pixels or other tracking tools. Fonts, scripts and photos load from our own server.
Only one small marker stays in your browser, in the tab memory (sessionStorage), to remember that the loading screen has already been shown. It disappears when you close the tab and does not reach us or anyone else.
The reviews section shows excerpts of reviews from the cattery profile on Google, together with the name of the author as it appears publicly on Google. We do this in our legitimate interest, to show what clients write about us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If you want your review removed from this website, write to us and we will delete it.
Links to Facebook, Google Maps, YouTube and the websites of other catteries and organisations open outside this website. Once you click, the rules of those services apply.
This website does not count visits and does not collect statistics about visitors.
The hosting company that runs the website automatically logs technical details of connections, such as IP address, date and time, the page visited and the browser type. They serve security and the correct working of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and are kept for a short time.
You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, move it, and object to processing. Write to zkociegodomu@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
Providing data is voluntary, but without it we cannot answer your message. We do not sell data, pass it on for marketing purposes or take automated decisions.
